The victims were identified as Maddalyn G. Dailey, 17, and Isabell Hill, 16. Authorities are searching for Terry Lamar Easter, 50, also known as “Capone.” CHP says Easter has a $1 million warrant for his arrest and is considered armed and dangerous. Investigators are also searching for Easter’s mother, Madge Wells, 74, and an associate, Ryan James Lewis, 45, in connection with the investigation. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Easter, Wells or Lewis should contact law enforcement. We are honestly so tired of having to make these posts. This kind of behavior is exactly why we can’t have nice things out here. You can clearly see the individual in the tank top slipping nail stickers directly into the back pocket of the person wearing the black shirt. The person in the black shirt then adjusts their own shirt to cover it up. Moments later, the individual in the tank top grabs another item right off the wall display and puts it straight into their own back pocket. It is incredibly frustrating that no matter how many precautions we put in place, people still attempt to steal. We work hard to keep our store stocked and welcoming for everyone, so this kind of behavior is just unacceptable. We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. Just a reminder.
