Authorities are searching for Terry Lamar Easter, 50, also known as “Capone.” CHP says Easter has a $1 million warrant for his arrest and is considered armed and dangerous. Investigators are also searching for Easter’s mother, Madge Wells, 74, and an associate, Ryan James Lewis, 45, in connection with the investigation.
