The driver took off at a high rate of speed, weaving through lanes, ending up at Mission Rd. and Fremont Ave., where he was involved in a traffic collision. The occupants of the stolen vehicle fled on foot to the nearby Kohl’s. Both suspects were then located in the emergency stairwell and were taken into custody without incident. The juvenile suspect said his mom would not be able to pay for this traffic collision. Unfortunately, Kohl’s cash won’t get them out of this one. Ultimately, Elijah James of Victorville, CA, and a male juvenile of Lancaster, CA, were arrested and booked at APD Jail
