It is reported that the suspect is barricaded inside a vehicle parked in a driveway. It is currently unconfirmed whether the suspect is armed. SEB personnel are on scene and working to safely resolve the incident. Residents are advised to avoid the area while deputies continue their response. This is a developing incident.
