CHP conducted a traffic stop on Sierra Highway just north of Avenue M.

Original stop was for DUI investigation — driver refused field sobriety tests.

After running the driver’s information, it came back with a warrant out of Riverside County for 261 PC (rape).

Driver was taken into custody without incident. At the hospital, he was also a full refusal for blood draw.
