UPDATE 4: northbound 175th Street East from Avenue V, still dirt roads speeds at 65mph

UPDATE 5: eastbound under power lines at 60mph

UPDATE 6: continuing eastbound paralleling railroad tracks at over 75mph, officer attempting to catch up
