🚨 Hugo Fire Update – Antelope Acres 🚨

Firefighters have stopped the forward progress of the Hugo Fire near Highway 138 and 60th Street West, according to Incident Command.

The vegetation fire burned approximately 4 acres in medium fuels before crews were able to halt its spread.

Earlier, the fire was reported moving east and a Shelter-in-Place order was requested for evacuation zone LAC-E1639. CHP also requested additional patrol units to assist with traffic control in the area.

Fire crews remain on scene conducting mop-up operations and strengthening containment lines.
