DATE/TIME: Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 9:54 p.m.

INCIDENT: Investigation Leads to Recovery of Three Firearms and Arrest of Two Juveniles

LOCATION: 12900 block of Stanford Drive, Victorville

SUSPECT(S): 17-year-old, Resident of Victorville 14-year-old, Resident of Victorville

VICTIM(S): State of California

SUMMARY: On June 30, 2026, deputies assigned to the Victorville Station Gang Impact Team conducted an investigation into the illegal possession of firearms by several juveniles. The investigation led to the service of a search warrant at a residence in the 12900 block of Stanford Drive in Victorville.

As deputies served the search warrant, several juveniles fled from the residence. Deputies established containment and conducted an extensive search of the residence, surrounding yards, and nearby areas. Although several juveniles evaded capture, deputies successfully located and detained two juvenile suspects.

During the search, deputies recovered three firearms, including two loaded 9mm, privately manufactured (Polymer 80) handguns, without serial numbers, and one loaded 9mm Glock 19 handgun that was reported stolen.

A 17-year-old juvenile and a 14-year-old juvenile were arrested and booked into High Desert Juvenile Hall for multiple felony weapons-related offenses. The recovery of the firearms, including two unserialized "ghost guns" and a stolen handgun, prevented the weapons from remaining in the hands of juveniles and helped enhance public safety in the community.

Anyone with information about this investigation is urged to contact the Victorville Station at (760) 241-2911 or Sheriff's Dispatch at (760)956-5001. Callers wishing to remain anonymous should call or text ''Report'' to We-Tip at 844-909-3006. Online reporting is also available at https://mobile.catapultems.com/sbcsd/Sites.
