LANCASTER — Deputies responded to the area of 27th Street West and Avenue F-8 after a caller reported hearing a gunshot fired inside a mobile home following an argument.
When deputies arrived, the suspect reportedly took cover behind a vehicle before throwing a firearm and fleeing on foot. After a short foot pursuit, deputies detained the suspect without further incident.
Deputies then made entry into the mobile home to check for any possible victims or additional occupants.
