MAN FOUND DECEASED OUTSIDE LANCASTER BARBERSHOP
LANCASTER, CA — Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to a medical emergency outside a barbershop located at 628 East Avenue K on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
The caller reported a Black adult male who was unresponsive outside the business.
The call was received at approximately 1:42 p.m., and Fire Department units Engine 135 and Squad 135 were assigned to the incident.
Upon arrival, fire personnel determined the male was deceased and pronounced him dead at the scene.
The incident was officially closed at 2:24 p.m., approximately 41 minutes after the initial call.
The cause of death has not been released.
