🚨 MISSING JUVENILES🚨 Detectives from the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station are requesting the public’s assistance in locating two missing juveniles who were last seen on separate dates in the City of Lancaster.
🔹 Scarlet Moreno (FH/11) is classified as a critical missing child due to her age. She was last seen on February 3, 2026, at approximately 8:55 PM, in the 1600 block of West Avenue H-4. Scarlet was last seen wearing a white shirt, black shorts, and no shoes.
🔹 Isis Valenzuela (FH/17) was last seen on January 30, 2026, in the City of Lancaster. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black shirt, black leggings, and brown sandals. She may be headed toward the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
The families of both juveniles are concerned for their safety and well-being.
