DONALD TOSTENSON
The Kern County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in locating an at-risk, 74-year-old male, Donald Tostenson.
On July 25, 2026, Tostenson was last seen in the Frazier Park area. His vehicle is described as a bronze 2000 Chevrolet S10 pickup.
Tostenson is approximately 5'10" tall, weighs 185 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes, and was wearing unknown clothing when last seen.
