Newhall CHP Sgt advises he has visual of approximately 50 vehicles caravaning northbound 5 at 405.....vehicles are blocking lanes on freeway with occupants hanging out of windows waving Jordanian flags.....additional units enroute

UPDATE: now at northbound 5 and 210....vehicles are stopped on freeway with occupants in lanes
