On July 24, 2026, officers with the Adult Probation Services Division conducted a home call in the 21000 block of Conklin Court in California City, CA. Officers contacted Joshua Moore who is on felony probation with search orders for stolen property. During a search, officers located a Phoenix Arms Co. 22 caliber pistol with several rounds of ammunition, a reported stolen vehicle as well as burglary tools. As a result, Moore was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, possession of stolen vehicle and possession of burglary tools in addition to a violation of probation.
