Hi AV scanner, I was hoping you can post for me. I have this individual stole from us last night, it was my sister’s medical supplies that we have been waiting for. It supplies that we can’t just buy easily at the store and my sister really needs it but this person decided to steal from a disabled individual. This happened in 17th st of westside Lancaster. I was hoping you can bring awareness so this person no longer continue to steal from others. Our neighbor saw him driving a white honda accord. I also have this ring video that caught him in action.
