According to CHP, an impaired driver drove through a road closure being staffed by officers. CHP conducted a traffic stop and determined the driver showed signs of intoxication. The driver’s blood alcohol concentration was reportedly 0.36% — 4.5 times California’s legal limit of 0.08%. The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
