UPDATE 4: southbound Soledad thru Bootlegger Canyon at 63mph

UPDATE 5: southbound Soledad thru Santa Clara River speeds of 58 mph

UPDATE 6: southbound Soledad passing RV resort at 65mph

UPDATE 7: vehicle slowing not completely stopped

UPDATE 8: vehicle pulling into long gated driveway of residence, officer waiting on an additional unit

UPDATE 9: gate opening back up, multiple parties approaching officer....closest unit still 4 to 5 min out

UPDATE 10: one Newhall CHP unit on scene, code 4 with three parties, driver still not in custody

UPDATE 11: driver ran in to back of property

UPDATE 12: officers in foot pursuit of suspect....male hispanic wearing an orange shirt or jacket and gray sweat pants

UPDATE 13: suspect now ran inside of residence....multiple CHP units on scene

UPDATE 14: suspect now running up hillside just south of residence

UPDATE 15: suspect still climbing up mountain, refusing orders

UPDATE 16: suspect now hiding in heavy brush officer lost sight....requesting an airship

UPDATE 17: Citizen advises suspect went into RV park and was picked up by an unknown type vehicle

UPDATE 18: Sgt advises they are breaking down containment and will find suspect another day

UPDATE 19: officer enroute to RV park to check surveillance footage for vehicle type
