Rosamond cancels rest of football season
Rosamond cancels rest of football season
Rosamond High Early College Campus community, parents, students, and staff
It is with sincere regret that Rosamond High Early College Campus must announce the cancellation of the rest of the 2026 football season.
Due to a significant shortage of available athletes caused by injuries and insufficient participation, the school is unable to field a competitive and safe football team for the rest of the season. As a direct result, the scheduled homecoming game on October 16, 2026, must be canceled.
The health, safety, and well-being of our students remain our highest priority. We understand this news is disappointing for players, families, fans, and the broader community who look forward to the season and homecoming traditions.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support of Rosamond High Early College Campus athletics and student activities. Further updates regarding any related school events will be shared as they become available.
Sincerely,
Suresh Bajnath
Principal
Rosamond High Early College Campus
