ROSAMOND — MOTORCYCLE VS SCHOOL BUS

At approximately 7:46 a.m., emergency crews responded to a major injury traffic collision near 80th Street West and West Rosamond Blvd, approximately a half mile west of the intersection.

According to CHP logs, the crash involved a motorcycle and a school bus. The incident was upgraded to a major injury collision shortly after units arrived on scene.

Radio traffic indicated four children were on the school bus at the time of the collision, with no injuries reported to any of the children.

Additional resources, including a tow request for the motorcycle, were requested to the scene. No further information on the motorcyclist’s condition has been released at this time.
