Shots Fired Call in Rosamond; Mental Health Team Requested
ROSAMOND, CA — Kern County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of shots fired at a mobile home located at 3303 Sierra Highway in Rosamond around 7:50pm
According to initial information, the caller reported that their landlord fired multiple rounds into the residence. Due to the circumstances surrounding the incident, a Mental Evaluation Team (MET) was requested to assist on scene.
Fire department resources were staged nearby for approximately three hours while deputies secured the area and investigated.
