UPDATE: Child Porn Suspect Used Social Media to Contact Minors; Detectives Believe More Victims May Exist

DATE/TIME: Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at approximately 8:00 am INCIDENT: PC 311.11(a) - Possession of Child Pornography PC 647a - Lewd Acts in a Public Place

LOCATION: 16000 block of Jurassic Place, Victorville

SUSPECT: Dylan Patrick Beckham, 22-year-old resident of Victorville **************************************************************** UPDATED ON JULY 14, 2026 at 2:05 p.m.

After Beckham’s arrest, investigators obtained information that Beckham used social media platforms to contact minors online to obtain child sexual abuse material. Beckham used the usernames “lucidblue17” and “voidhubb” to communicate with minors. Beckham remains in custody at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for violation of PC 311.11(c)(1) – Possession of 600+ Images of Child Pornography, in lieu of no bail.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims and are releasing Beckham’s photograph. SUMMARY: On May 26, 2026, the Specialized Investigations Division-Crimes Against Children Detail (CAC) received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) concerning the upload of child sexual abuse material.

During the investigation, Dylan Patrick Beckham was identified as the suspect. At the time of the incident, Beckham was a proctor at Village STEAM School. Additionally, investigators located evidence that Beckham recorded lewd images of himself while he was on school property. Victor Elementary School District staff were notified of the investigation and were cooperative with law enforcement. At this time, investigators do not believe any students from the school were victimized.

At the conclusion of the investigation, CAC arrested and booked Beckham at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for violation of PC 311.11(a) - Possession of Child Pornography and PC 647a - Lewd Acts in a Public Place, in lieu of $250,000 bail.
