**VEHICLE STRUCK BY TRAIN IN LLANO, DRIVER REPORTEDLY FLED SCENE**
**LLANO, CA** – California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to a reported vehicle versus train collision early Monday morning, October 12, near 195th Street East and Transmission Line Road.
The incident was reported at approximately 1:28 a.m. on railroad tracks between Avenue U-14 and Transmission Line Road.
According to CHP incident logs, the vehicle was struck by a train, and the driver was reportedly no longer at the scene when emergency personnel arrived.
Only crew members were reported to be aboard the train at the time of the collision.
The condition and whereabouts of the vehicle's driver remain unknown. No injuries have been confirmed at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
