VEHICLE VS PEDESTRIAN – CROWN VALLEY / SIERRA HWY

Just after 5:17 a.m., CHP and LACoFD responded to Sierra Highway just north of Crown Valley Road for a reported vehicle vs pedestrian collision.

Per incident traffic, LACoFD arrived and initially advised unknown extent of injuries. A short time later, fire personnel remained on scene and advised no transport was being made at that time.

A hard closure of the roadway was requested while crews worked the scene and coordinated with county roads. By approximately 7:16 a.m., all lanes were reopened and the roadway was back open to traffic.

The involved vehicle was later towed from the scene around 7:59 a.m.
