Video of helicopter pulling cable just before it went down this afternoon in the Tehachapi pass killing the pilot.
A helicopter crashed and caught fire near the Tehachapi Pass wind farm in Mojave, California, resulting in the death of one person. Emergency crews responded to the scene, and the FAA is coordinating with local authorities to investigate the incident.
The crash was reported near Oak Creek Rd & 90th St West.
Details are still emerging, but authorities confirm one fatality.
