Windy Weather Ahead

The National Weather Service has forecasted a significant and possibly damaging wind event for our region, beginning in the early hours of Thursday, January 8th through Friday, January 9th. The epicenter of this event will be eastern Kern County, with Mojave and California City seeing the strongest winds. Please use caution if traveling in a high profile vehicle. The Santa Clarita Valley and San Fernando Valley will experience Santa Ana winds during this same time period. Be safe and remain weather aware!
