UPDATE 2: Mojave unit lit first Escalade up, finial stop is Beech and Avenue I.....AV unit lighting Escalade with stolen plate up at Fern and Avenue I

UPDATE 3: both vehicles yielded, both officers advised they're code 4

UPDATE 4: vehicle with reported stolen plate has all VIN numbers removed, ascertaining further

UPDATE 5: both vehicles not stolen, all units clearing
