#LASD Homicide Bureau Responded to a Death Investigation, 44000 blk of Beech Av., #Lancaster DATE: Sunday, September 21, 2025 REPORTED AT: Approximately 8:20 a.m. LOCATION: 44000 block of Beech Avenue, Lancaster VICTIM(S): (1) Male Juvenile, two month old SUSPECT(S): Unknown UNIT: Homicide Bureau – Lieutenant Oakley NARRATIVE: Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide investigators are assisting Lancaster Station personnel with a death investigation involving the death of a child. On Sunday, September 21st, at approximately 8:20 AM, Lancaster Station deputies responded to a call of a child not breathing in the 44000 block of Beech Avenue, in Lancaster. Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel also responded and pronounced the child deceased at the scene. This investigation is ongoing, and there is no additional information available at this time.
