#LASD Homicide Detectives are Asking for the Public's Help Regarding Homicide Investigation, #Lancaster
Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are seeking the public’s assistance regarding a homicide investigation. On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at approximately 10:15 PM, Victim Jason Velasquez, a 47-year-old male Hispanic adult (pictured above), was shot to death in the area of 328 West Avenue J-2, in the city of Lancaster.
Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) involved. Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500.
