#LASD Special Victims Bureau is Seeking Additional Victims #SantaClarita

Detectives with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department – Special Victims Bureau are investigating allegations of a sexual assault of a minor by 32-year-old Elizabeth Elizarraraz. Their investigation led to the arrest of Ms. Elizarraraz on March 12, 2026.

The case was presented to the District Attorney’s Office at San Fernando Courthouse on March 16, 2026, and Ms. Elizarraraz was formally charged with three felony counts of Lewd Acts Upon a Child, violation of 288 (a) PC. Ms. Elizarraraz was additionally charged with three felony counts of Lewd Acts Upon a Child, violation of 288 (c)(1) PC.

The victim and suspect initially met at an after-school program located on the 24900 block of Newhall Avenue in the city of Santa Clarita. Ms. Elizarraraz was employed by the after-school program, and the victim attended the program.

Based on the nature of the offenses, coupled with the facts that Ms. Elizarraraz has had contact with numerous juveniles in the course of her employment, detectives believe there may be additional unidentified victims. Anyone with information regarding this case or who believes they may have been a victim is urged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Bureau, Sergeant Joseph Mesa at (661) 471-1519.
