Posting for a follower

hi, i was wondering if you could post this on our behalf. we have tried everything we could and we just need the community to come together. please post anonymously. every night for the last 6 months, 1 car between 11pm-4am revs his engine up and down our street, setting off alarms, does 10 donuts while popping off his exhaust like gunshots. this has created such a panic among the neighbors and the menacing has gotten to the point we had to call 911 on them. but of course they were gone by the time the sheriff's responded. they advised this is a crime and they will pursue if caught. if there are more neighbors being impacted by this between 60th and 65th st west near L-4 and L-8, please start calling 911 right as its happening. they will start responding more quickly if they get more calls on it. here is a photo of the car... we dont want this person to get in trouble, we just want them to stop.
