LA County Sheriff Search and Rescue is on scene for two persons trapped on top of their vehicles in a swift water flow in the area of Big Rock Creek Rd and Big Pines Highway. Copter 21 is on scene.
Copter 21 has been able to rescue 2 persons and 2 dogs and flying them to FS114 in Lake Los Angeles
